India, Oct. 14 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday inaugurated one day Police Diwali mela at Gulshan Ground in Jammu.

An official told news agency-Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the LG was accompanied by J&K DGP besides other police and civil officials.
