Tiruvanatapuram, Feb. 4 -- Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar today said that Kerala and Jammu & Kashmir are bound by profound spiritual and cultural connections that transcend geography and time, while interacting with a media delegation from Jammu & Kashmir at Lok Bhavan on Tuesday.
The visit was part of a media tour organised by the Press Information Bureau, Srinagar, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
