NEW DELHI, Jan. 15 -- Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Departments, Jammu & Kashmir, Javid Ahmad Dar, today called on the Union Minister for Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare and Rural Development and held a detailed discussion on key issues concerning agriculture, horticulture and rural development in the Union Territory.
