JAMMU, Jan. 29 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Tuesday reviewed a comprehensive roadmap aimed at strengthening disaster preparedness, response and mitigation mechanisms across Jammu and Kashmir, stressing the need for anticipatory action, technology-driven early warning systems and robust inter-agency coordination to minimise disaster risks in the Union Territory.
