Srinagar, Jan. 31 -- Asserting that situation in Jammu and Kashmir has changed after the abrogation of Article 370, President Droupadi Murmu on Friday described train to Kashmir as government's major achievement.
Addressing a joint sitting of Parliament, marking the beginning of this year's Budget Session, President Murmu, according to the news agency-Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said, "There have been significant changes in Jammu and Kashmir following the abrogation of Article 370."
