Srinagar, March 10 -- Seeking public support for the Apni Party to secure a clear mandate in the upcoming elections, the party president, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, said on Sunday that his "party is unwaveringly dedicated to protecting the constitutional rights of Jammu and Kashmir and its people."
He asserted that "the people of Jammu and Kashmir are entitled to the full range of constitutional rights, just like citizens from any other part of the country."
Bukhari was addressing a public rally at Tilgam Pattan, in north Kashmir's Baramulla district, today.
