RAJOURI, Jan. 6 -- A training programme on Sevottam for effective grievance redress for the districts of Rajouri and Poonch was today organized by the Jammu & Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (J&K IMPARD) in collaboration with the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG), GoI and Department of Public Grievances (DoPG), J&K at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU)
The programme commenced with an introductory lecture on Good Governance and the Sevottam Framework for public service delivery by Professor Reva Sharma, In-charge Academics and Nodal Officer (Sevottam), J&K IMPARD.
