Srinagar, April 22 -- J&K Jal Shakti Department, in the wake of an administrative exigency, has ordered elevation of 25 Executive Engineers as Superintending Engineers.
As per government order numbers 94-JK (JSD) of 2025 and 100-JK (JSD) of 2025, 25 Executive Engineers have been placed as Superintending Engineers on an incharge basis to overcome the shortage of over 90% vacancies at the level of SEs. These vacancies had been severely affecting the implementation of various water supply schemes on ground.
