SRINAGAR, May 30 -- The Director of Agriculture Kashmir, Chowdhury Mohammed Iqbal today visited different areas of the Kupwara district including the Lolab subdivision to take stock of the agriculture scenario in the district.

During the visit, the Director of Agriculture addressed a large gathering of farmers under Kisan Sampark Abhiyan at Chogul Handwara.

He marked the importance of integrated farming for the area and asked the farmers if the geo-climatic conditions of the concerned area are suitably conducive for the adoption of an integrated way of cultivation.
