Srinagar, Jan. 9 -- The Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Zone, V.K. Birdi, IPS, held an interaction with 29 Probationary Deputy Superintendents of Police DySsP of the 2024 batch, undergoing practical training across districts of the Kashmir Zone.
The programme was conducted at the Police Control Room Kashmir and attended by senior officers, including the DIG Central Kashmir Range, SSP PCR Kashmir, SO to IGP Kashmir, and other senior officers.
At the outset, the IGP welcomed the probationers and congratulated them on joining the police service, emphasising that integrity, fairness, impartiality, accountability, and discipline must guide all police actions.
