Srinagar, Sept. 3 -- Kashmir's handmade products are showing promising trends in international market. As per the concerned authorities, exports of handmade products from Kashmir have crossed the Rs 300 crore mark in the first quarter of the current financial year, which is the highest for the period in the last four years. As per reports, hand-made products worth Rs 309.62 crore have been exported to various overseas destinations in the first quarter of the current financial year - up from Rs 126.90 crore in the same quarter last year making the exports the highest for Q1 in the last four years, with the authorities eyeing exports of over Rs 1,500 crore during the current financial year.
