Jammu, Feb. 21 -- The Govt today ordered postings and transfers of several IAS and JKAS officers, vide Order No. 230-JK(GAD) of 2026 Dated: 20.02.2026, in the interest of administration.

As per the order, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Ashwani Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 1992), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Power Development Department.
