SRINAGAR, June 18 -- The government, under the stewardship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, is embarking on ambitious plans to establish Jammu and Kashmir as an emerging industrial destination with proper mounting of a new vision for business growth in the current fiscal.

This was stated by Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary, while addressing the "New Central Sector Scheme (NCSS) Implementation Conference and Strategy Workshop 2025" at Sanat Ghar, Bemina

The conference was organised by the Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Kashmir, with an aim to bring together the key stakeholders from across J&K to celebrate the achievements under the NCSS-2021 and chart the course for the coming financial year.
