JAMMU, March 22 -- Governor Satya Pal Malik has expressed grief over the untimely demise of Surjeet Singh, Additional Secretary in J&K's Cooperatives Department.

In a condolence message Governor has prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family in this hour of grief.
