SRINAGAR, July 1 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Power Transmission Corporation Limited (JKPTCL), Kashmir, has announced an extended power shutdown to facilitate critical transmission infrastructure works and essential equipment maintenance across several areas of Srinagar and its outskirts.
As per the communication from the Chief Engineer, JKPTCL Kashmir, both circuits of the 132 kV BRTL (Bemina-Rawalpora Transmission Line)-Circuit-I and Circuit-II-will remain non-operational from 6:00 AM on July 2, 2025, to 6:00 PM on July 26, 2025.
