KARGIL, Dec. 23 -- The Lt Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, today emphasised that empowering farmers through reliable infrastructure and clean energy remains a priority of the Ladakh Administration, especially in far-flung and climatically challenging areas like Kargil.
This was stated by the Lt Governor while interacting with a delegation headed by Sheikh Nazir-Ul-Mehdi, President of Islamia School, Kargil and Adv. Reyaz Ahmad Khan, Nominated Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, in Kargil.
