Baramulla, July 6 -- A distinguished gathering of retired bureaucrats, senior officers, professors, legal experts, journalists, engineers, and civil society leaders from across Jammu & Kashmir convened at the Central Office of Human Aid Society in Baramulla Chaired by Ex-Deputy Commissioner Ghulam Ahmad Kwaja, the meeting focused on growing social evils that demand urgent and collective attention.
