Srinagar, Nov. 20 -- The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) Tuesday termed the driving of vehicles by minors a grave concern and directed the schools and coaching institutions to not allow entry of students who drive themselves into the institutions.
All schools (govt/ recognized pvt.) and coaching centers operating in the Kashmir Division are hereby placed under strict instructions to keep a close vigil to ensure that no student (minor) is allowed to attend the institution if they come driving any motor vehicle - including, two-wheelers or four-wheelers, reads an official handout from DSEK.
