JAMMU, Jan. 16 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today took a first-hand appraisal of the online Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) portal being developed by the ARI & Trainings Department to ensure the timely conduct of DPCs for government employees.
During the review meeting, the Chief Secretary took note of the progress achieved so far and appreciated the efforts of the department. He emphasised that the entire process should be made strictly time-bound, with each stage completed within the prescribed timelines.
