SRINAGAR, Jan. 30 -- District administrations across Kashmir on Friday observed a two-minute silence to pay rich tributes to the freedom martyrs who laid down their lives for the independence, unity and integrity of the nation.
In Kupwara, the District Administration observed a two-minute silence in remembrance of the brave martyrs. Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shrikant Suse, along with officers and officials of the district administration, participated in the solemn observance, paying heartfelt tributes to the selfless contributions of the freedom fighters.
