JAMMU, Jan. 6 -- Director Highways, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRT&H), Harleen Kaur, today chaired a review meeting on ongoing National Highway projects at the office of the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL).
