SRINAGAR, Nov. 20 -- In order to review the status of Mandatory Biometric Updates(BMU), implementation Civil Registration System(CRS) and establishment of Centre of Excellence in the district, a meeting of all stakeholder departments was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner(DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo, at meeting Hall of the DC Office Complex, here today.
At the outset, the Deputy Commissioner conducted a detailed review of the progress on Mandatory Biometric Updates for Aadhaar and need for time-bound disposal of pendency in Aadhaar enrolment.
