Srinagar, March 19 -- The Cyber Police Kashmir today said it has recovered and credited back Rs 45 lakh to victims of online cyber frauds.
In a post on X, Cyber Police Kashmir said that their swift action helped prevent further losses and ensured justice for the complainants.
"Cyber Police Kmr has successfully recovered and credited back 45 lakh to victims of online cyber frauds. Our swift action prevented further losses, ensuring justice for the complainants," Cyber Police Kashmir said on its official X-handle.
"Cyber fraudsters are evolving-stay alert! No easy money! Avoid fraud apps/schemes. Never share OTPs, bank details, or click suspicious links. Report cyber fraud ASAP to Cyber Police Kashmir or call #1930," it added on X.
