JAMMU, Dec. 22 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo today reviewed the implementation of the Prime Minister's Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY) in Jammu and Kashmir and emphasised the need for employers across the Union Territory to fully leverage the scheme to address unemployment and promote inclusive economic growth.
