Srinagar, Feb. 16 -- A Srinagar court on Saturday directed the Chairman J&K Board of School Education (JKBOSE) and joint secretary to allow 22 students of The Islamic Global School, Padshahibagh Srinagar to appear in class 10th exams.
The directions were issued as the authorities at JKBOSE earlier denied class 10th exam registration forms to the students despite the government directions, forcing the school management to approach the judiciary for relief.
As per the order issued by the court of Civil Judge Senior Division (CJM), the Chairman JKBOSE and Joint Secretary General were directed to allow the students to appear in the class 10th exam.
