Congress pays floral tributes to Rajiv Gandhi on his birth anniversary

Srinagar, Aug. 20 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee on Wednesday paid floral tributes to Bharat Ratna Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi during an extraordinary function held to commemorate the 81st birth anniversary of the departed leader at the Srinagar Party headquarters.

Pradesh Congress Committee President Tariq Hameed Karra presided over the tribute function. The event witnessed the presence of Senior Party leaders, including District Presidents and hundreds of party workers from across the Kashmir region, including frontal organisation workers.
