KATHUA, Dec. 20 -- Chief Justice High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Justice Arun Palli, today inaugurated the newly constructed Court Complex at Hiranagar in a solemn ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by Justice Sanjeev Kumar and Justice Rajnesh Oswal, Administrative Judge for District Kathua.
