Jammu, Jan. 31 -- A farewell function was organised by the officers and staff of the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Regional Office Jammu, at the Amar Singh Club to honour Director CBC, Ghulam Abbas, on the occasion of his superannuation.
The event marked the culmination of his distinguished career spanning over 28 years in the field of government communication, media management and public information dissemination.
