Chandigarh, Dec. 6 -- In a testament to sustained pedagogical innovation, Reyaz Ahmad Ganai, an educator at Government Boys Middle School Sheeri Payeen, Zone Fathegarh Baramaulla, has achieved a rare double selection for the nationally competitive India International Science Festival (IISF).
