Srinagar, April 13 -- Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Education, Shantmanu, and Director Colleges, Dr. Sheikh Ajaz Bashir along-with whole Higher Education Department, have expressed heartfelt condolences on the tragic loss of lives of Aasia Rashid and Mymoona, students of Government Degree College (GDC) Sogam in road accident today.
"We are deeply grieved by the news of the unfortunate accident that occurred in Handwara, resulting in the loss of these precious lives and injuries to other students," the ACS said.
