SRINAGAR, Jan. 25 -- The administration has restored all essential services, including electricity, besides clearing 75 percent of the 20,000-kilometre snow from roads across Kashmir, Divisional Commissioner (Div-Com) Kashmir Anshul Garg said on Saturday, assuring that the remaining roads would be cleared by evening.
Garg said around 15,000 kilometers of roads have been cleared of snow since Friday, while other essential services, including power supply, have already been restored.
He said the concerned departments are working round the clock to clear snow from roads in remote areas, adding that the road clearance work would be completed by evening.
