TOKYO, March 17 -- Japan Patent Office issued the following news:
The Japan Patent Office (JPO) provided a face-to-face Examination Practice Training Program for the personnel of the Ministry of Economy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for five days from February 13 to 19, 2025 at the UAE. The program was the JPO's first training program for the UAE.
Two JPO trainers including an International Training Instructor of the JPO's Global Patent Academy (GPA) with extensive practical experience in patent examination gave lectures to four personnel of the UAE's Ministry of Economy who will conduct examination as patent examiners.
