On September 26 at 9:06 a.m. local time (10:06 p.m. JST), for approximately 25 minutes, Mr. IWAYA Takeshi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan during his visit to New York to attend the United Nation General Assembly, held a foreign ministers' meeting with H.E. Dr. Arnoldo ANDRE Tinoco, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Republic of Costa Rica. The overview of the meeting is as follows.
