The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare compiles data on job offers, job seekers, and employment at public employment security offices (Hello Work), creates indicators such as the job offer ratio, and publishes them monthly as the general employment placement situation.
Looking at the figures for June 2025, the seasonally adjusted active job offer ratio was 1.22, down 0.02 points from the previous month.
The seasonally adjusted new job offer ratio was 2.18, up 0.04 points from the previous month.
The seasonally adjusted active job offer ratio for full-time employees was 1.02, down 0.02 points from the previous month.
