28 APR, ADM SAITO, CoS JMSDF welcomed the Honorable John Phelan, U.S. Secretary of the Navy in Tokyo.
They discussed ways to further strengthen the Japan-U.S. Alliance and defense-buildup cooperation including logistics. We will continue to promote our commitment towards FOIP.
