TOKYO, June 10 -- Prime Minister and His Cabinet issued the following highlight:
On June 10, 2025, Prime Minister Ishiba held the 66th meeting of the Council on National Strategic Special Zones at the Prime Minister's Office.
At the meeting, the participants engaged in discussions on the promotion of a GX (green transformation) industrial location policy in coordination with the special zone system as well as items for regulatory and institutional reforms to undertake by utilizing the special zone system and other matters.
