MASERU, April 7 -- Upon realization that Lesotho does not have programs to keep young people occupied during the 8 months gap period after high school, Lerato Mphaka then decided to create a completely new type of program in the country and region,to bridge this gap.

Reading her credentials one can conclude that she is a high achiever, the week of March 21 witnessed her adding notch in her belt. On Thursday Informative Newspaper had an exclusive interview with Mphaka, the brains behind the newly launched Learning Mindset (LM) Foundation.
