MASERU, Dec. 11 -- The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in collaboration with the Ministry of Development Planning launched the 2019 Human Development Report (HDR) titled, "Beyond income, beyond averages, beyond today: inequalities in human development in the 21st century."

According to UNDP, the report deals with inequalities in the 21st century and how these weaken social cohesion and economic growth, and damage people's trust in government, institutions and in each other.
