Lesotho, June 25 -- Greetings, following on my suggestion of a National Dialogue in my previous article, I write this critique and observations of the Youth Dialogue. On June 18, 2025, the Manthabiseng Convention Centre in Maseru buzzed with the voices of hundreds of young Basotho, gathered under the theme "Collective Contributions to Curb Youth Unemployment."



Prime Minister Ntsokoane Matekane, joined by Deputy Prime Minister Justice Nthomeng Majara, Princess Senate Mohato Seeiso, government ministers, senior officials, and diplomatic representatives, hosted the dialogue aimed at addressing the alarming youth unemployment crisis.
