MASERU, April 8 -- As things stand, it looks like the local creative industry will have to wait a little longer for its major break. The procedure that is set to lead to royalties collection, is currently halted by the lockdown.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Informative Newspaper, LESCOSAA board Chairperson Sechaba Moqoko stated that, the revenue collection at this point, awaits recruitment of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Secretariat. These figures were supposed to have been appointed already so as to align duties with the new financial year - having just started this month.
