Maseru, Feb. 23 -- The Leader of Opposition Hon Mathibeli Mokhothu frowned at the government for discontinuing with the "Lihalahala" youth programme, which was established to in order to expose recent graduates to employment as they were absorbed on rotational basis for a period of two years by both government ministries and the private sector.

He also complained about non-allocation of budget towards the national reforms programme that the parliament is seized with.

The Leader of Opposition continued to point out that the government had not performed well in farming as it failed to avail farming inputs to many farmers saying few in government benefited at the expense of the majority of farmers across the country.
