Lesotho, Oct. 8 -- Berea based Lioli Football Club (FC) was crowned Maloti Mountain Cement Charity Cup 2025 champions after an epic showdown against the Matlama football club (FC) in the finals.

The tournament took place on October 5th at the Bambatha Tsita sports arena stadium in Maseru.

Only top-four premier league clubs participated in the tournament, the first semi-final was between Matlama FC and Bantu FC where Matlama FC won the game with two goals and conceded one.

The second semi-final was between LDF and Lioli FC, Lioli defeated LDF with one goal conceding none.

Both winners from the semi-finals proceeded to the final where Lioli took the champion spot from Matlama with one goal from the penalty shot.
