Maseru, Oct. 15 -- Likuena were hanged on to a 1- all draw at their own backyard by The Flames of Malawi in an international friendly game played at an empty Setsoto Stadium on Sunday.

The home side started the game on a promising note missing a number of chances that could have earned them early goals.

In the 28th minute Malawi captain John Banda brought Lesotho goalkeeper Moerane Sekhoane into action as he fired from the penalty arc, but Sekhoane saved the ball in his first Likuena cap.

Lesotho's Jane Thabantso almost put Lesotho ahead but his attempt went wide in the 34th minute.
