MASERU, Dec. 3 -- For the first time in the history of Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) - Phase I specifically, water levels have hit extremely lowest marks and in a space of just few months, there seemingly shall be no water to feed South Africa and for Lesotho to generate hydropower electricity.

This is a dilemma that not even the thickest of budgets can mend and this leaves both partnering states with absolutely no option but to only hope and pray for a rainy tomorrow.
