MASERU, June 21 -- After losing all games in the International Handball Federation (IHF) Women Zone VI Challenge Trophy in Lusaka, Zambia, the Lesotho Under-17 handball national team was consoled with a fair play award. This was in representation by two women national teams; under-20 and 17.

Following their poor run in the tournament, the under- 17 side finished last out of ten countries while the host country Zambia won.

In the under-20 category Madagascar came in first place while Lesotho finished in 9th position.

Team Lesotho Head of Delegation Tsotang Pela told Informative Sport that Lesotho won the fair play award after it satisfied the needed age standard without a doubt.
