Lesotho, April 2 -- Innovative solutions are necessary to create sustainable job opportunities especially among youth where unemployment rates are high. One such initiative is the Long Care Association Lesotho, formed by a group of young individuals with the vision of decreasing unemployment while also providing essential services to their communities.

The association focuses on grass-cutting services but aims to expand its scope by launching other creative projects to ensure steady work year-round.
