MASERU, Feb. 25 -- Lesotho Sports and Recreation Commission (LSRC) has received M2 million relief fund from the Ministry of Gender, Youth, Sports and Recreation (MGYSR) aimed at assisting sports federations recoup from the aftermath of Covid-19.

"LSRC had proposed M6 million from MGYSR, intended to cover all sporting requirements but the MGYSR had promised to give us only M3.47 million, though we ended up receiving M2 million, and therefore we had to revisit our plans," this was revealed by LSRC Public Relations Officer (PRO) Teboho Rakhomo, on Tuesday, in an interview with Informative Sport.
