MASERU, Feb. 20 -- The Herbal Fish Organisation successfully conducted a two-day training program on food processing using spices and herbs. This program benefitted 85 diverse participants, equipping them with practical knowledge and business insights essential for local food enterprises.

The training covered spice and sauce production, financial management, marketing, and ethical business practices. Participants were taught to start and manage small businesses focusing on herb-based products.
