MASERU, Jan. 8 -- The first week of January has without a doubt been the busiest for the suspended Police Commissioner Holomo Molibeli who has already been sent to a forced leave and later got suspended by the Prime Minister Dr Motsoahae Thomas Thabane - the two decisions which he challenged in court apiece. He is now "back in the office" with immediate effect.

He was successful in challenging the forced leave decision but now what appears to be the battle of his life against suspension is still on in court and the final verdict is expected today.
