India, March 26 -- A heated exchange took place in the Telangana Legislative Assembly on Wednesday between Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and BRS MLA K.T. Rama Rao over allegations of corruption. During his address, KTR claimed that contractors had recently staged a protest at the Secretariat, accusing the government of demanding commissions-an unprecedented development in the state's history, he said.
